Kirsty Tait, Development Officer
Kirsty Tait joined the Trust in 2005 as the Co-ordinator for the Rural Programme which completed in 2010. She now works as a Development Officer within the practice team with Nick Wilding. Over the next two years she will continue to support the
Rural Development Community of Practice specifically managing the Highlands and Islands Enterprise funded work in North Harris and Argyll and Bute. She will also continue to manage the contract with DCLG supporting
Community Land Trusts and the growing CLT Network as well as working on other development opportunities.
Before joining the Trust Kirsty worked in the events and media industry co-ordinating, producing and researching. She also volunteered for various young people’s organisations. She holds an MA (Hons) in History from the University of Edinburgh and a Post Graduate Certificate in Sustainable Rural Development from the University of the Highlands and Islands.
