This joint report from the Carnegie UK Trust and Wales Cooperative Centre examines the potential for digital inclusion to improve the health and wellbeing of older people in Wales with a limiting long-term condition. Written by Bob Gann, an expert in this field and the former Widening Digital Participation Director at NHS England, the report sets out 18 recommendations for action for NHS Wales, Welsh Government and other service providers.
