This is a case study report that explores the innovative ways in which Neath Port Talbot Library is contributing to economic wellbeing by instigating Technoclubs with primary and secondary schoolchildren, wherein children learned how to build and programme Lego Mindstorm robots, and  use Scratch software and App Inventor.
