Year: 2013

In 2012 our Tackling Incivilities report examined how communities can take on local environmental problems such as litter, graffiti, vandalism and fly-tipping – and highlighted best practice projects from around the UK. We are now working with the Welsh Council for Voluntary Action, Time Banking Wales and the Creation Development Trust on a new project called ‘Street Ambassadors’. Through this project local people across Wales are being supported to take a leading role in identifying, reporting and eradicating environmental incivilities in their neighbourhood.
