The Online Safety Bill (OSB) had its Second Reading in the House of Lords on Wednesday 1 February, with over 60 Peers speaking in a debate that lasted nearly 6 hours. There were many recurring themes in the debate, a number of which reflected issues that Carnegie UK have raised frequently during the development of the legislation to date.
