The Trust’s Embedding Wellbeing in Northern Ireland project is providing financial and in-kind support to the Community Planning Partnerships working in the following local authority areas to implement a local wellbeing outcomes approach:

  • Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council;
  • Derry City and Strabane District Council; and
  • Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council.

This leaflet provides more information on the project and on the nature of the support being provided by the Trust.
